User Reviews On The 3 Story Dream Townhouse

Here's a few user reviews from Amazon.com on the Barbie Townhouse. An overhwelming majority of people were satisfied but a few had problems especially with assembly and getting things to work right. However it seems that most kids don't mind the flaws and have a great time with it anyway, but take a look at the reviews and see what you think, here's the three I found to be most descriptive...

"We bought this for our 7 year old daughter this summer and it is still working great. She loves this doll house! We also still have my original 1975 Barbie Townhouse (3 story), and it sits right next to this one. My daughter has been using the 1970's house since she was 4. I'm not sure the new one would have stood up to the usage of a 4 year old. It requires gentler usage than the old style..." - Portion of Actual Customer Review by Shopper Mom on Amazon.com
"My 8 year old twin girls love this. It was a chore to put together, but if you pay attention they have done a great job of "keying" all of the parts so that it will only go together one way. Just stop and look at the pieces if your not sure..." - Portion of Actual Customer Review by Mr. Shaffer on Amazon.com
"...Since receiving this from Santa, my daughter has had a great time playing with it. The elevator and jacuzzi seem to be the biggest hit for her. Unfortunately, the durability of the product does not seem to be the best. The pop-up TV no longer "pops-up" automatically. The light that goes on when the door opens is not consistently going on. The doorbell button has a tendency to stick. One of the tabs holding the shower in-place has broke (this tab was partially broken when I opened the box for assembly). One of the table chairs will not stay together.

Another thing to mention is that the barbie dolls that my daughter has seem to be a bit too tall for this townhouse. The tops of their heads hit the ceiling and makes it difficult to move around within the house. My daughter has seemed to adapt to this and it doesn't seem to bother her too much..." - Portion of Actual Customer Review by Mr. Latham on Amazon.com
